open/close/min/max have always been top left- just hidden. The right hand side makes no sense- just a win carry over.
It looks great, although I have finally accepted the browns and oranges and quite like them.

Would be nice to have a simple minimalist theme like Mist, just with a thin bottom border, same as left and right. Otherwise I'll have to do it manually again.

I like the old Ubuntu u-splash. I like the brown, black, red, orange and yellow theme. I always remove the new themes and logos and put back the old ones. Keep your purple.

The new palette is great, it's good to see we're moving away from the orange and brown theme. The new logos are great too, they look a bit more professional since they're not so much like bubble letters.

What I don't like is the window buttons moved to the right, and the mac-like look of the new themes. I don't have a problem with OS X but Ubuntu needs to have its own look.

I. am. LOVING these themes. Especially compared to the brown themes we've been subjected to for years now.

Though I wonder how they will fare with Gnome 3 with Gnome Shell.
