Hi. I like the tool, but it has one hangup. Drag and drop from Nautilus to GnomeBaker does not work directly. I get around the problem by dragging the audio .wave files from the Source CD (in Nautilus) to the Desktop or other folder. Then it works to drag and drop them into GnomeBaker from there.

Have GnomeBaker installed, works perfectly!
Just using Ubuntu for a couple of months, works great.
Only looking for some good dvd-authoring programs (like Ulead or XtoDVD). Installed Wine, got DVDShrink and DVDDecrypter running (not 100%), but they`ll do fine.

Dear konark:
Sounds like you need to have a hard disk installed. ALL OS need to have a Hard disk for cache purposes etc. and you CANT run a system without one, even from a LIVE CD. You appear to be confused over the fact that a live disk can run from just a drive, but it is just for a demo and does NOT provide all OS functions.
Best wishes,
               P

Gnomebaker crashes while adding files to a project. No error messages, it just closes. This happens on two different machines. Both have Ubuntu 8.10 installed.

Tried burning some files to an existing CD-RW disc. The disc already contains some files. I clicked on the Data CD project and added the files I want to burn into CD. I clicked the Burn button. It showed the burning process status bar in progress then a message stating "burn failure" I tried using both 700 MB and 800 MB CD-RW and does not work. Any suggestion on this. Thanks.
