Check some of its features: ELinks can render both frames and tables, tabs, background download with queueing, some support for Cascading Style Sheetsand, etc, etc, etc... and it is highly customizable. Install ELinks command line browser <code>sudo aptitude install elinks</code> Nice and handy howto!
