Hi,

I feel a bit stupid but I can't find the Autumn (nor Elements, nor Bubble...) entries in CCSM... Any clue? (yes, I installed compiz-fusion-plugins-unsupported and -extra)

Thanks,

Ubuntu users, don't try this method for Elements !

The project was retired since 12/31/08, as you can see on the Element's website : <a href="http://www.elementsplugin.com/news/index.html" title="ElementsPlugin.com" rel="nofollow">

Instead, use :
sudo apt-get install compiz-fusion-plugins-unsupported

Universe/X11 repository, Intrepid (8.10) version : 0.7.8-0intrepid1

Have fun ;-)

Vaughan is right.
To make the Elements script work on Ubuntu 8.10 you must replace the compiz-bcop packet with the compiz-fusion-bcop packet!

Please put a note for novice users!

Cheers!

I had to replace the compiz-bcop package with compiz-fusion-bcop in the 'apt-get' line of the script to get it to work.

I always wanted something extra in compiz fusion. I liked Autumn plugin of all of them.

I must have set of plugins for every compiz fusion user.
