keylaunch – A utility for binding commands to a hot key

Quickly access and add or edit your Metacity Key-bindings Ability to reset key-bindings
Resetting of key-bindings

select which command you want to edit, and when the file selection window should open, click the cancel button. The key-binding command should disabled

Install keylaunch in ubuntu

First you need to dopwnload key launch from here once you download you need to extract and  give execute permissions to this script

unzip 128678-KeyLaunch.sh.zip

chmod +x KeyLaunch.sh

./KeyLaunch.sh

    I would have appreciated this four or five years ago. It seems less relevant and quite limited in comparison to GNOME Do http://do.davebsd.com/
