Install mountmanager in ubuntu
sudo apt-get install mountmanager
This will complete the installation.
Using mount manager
You can open mount manager from System--->Administration--->MountManager
Enter your password and click ok
When it opens first time you should see similar to the following welcome screen click close

After entering my password, nothing happens. What could be causing this?
I was the same as cajunlibra, I entered my sudo password and it didn’t open mountmanager? So I tried via terminal and this was the error

How does one fix this? This program sounds like it takes a lot of hassle out of mounting!

Same. Nothing Happens and it doesn’t appear to be in my process’ list.
Same here, nothing happens on the gui, but when i run it from cli it give “Segmentation fault” error.

I am getting the same errors as the previous posters:
Janty running with ext3 fs
Use gparted.
It works fine for me. But don’t solve my NDAS problem… useless
Mountmanager is available via the Ubuntu Add/Remove Software option. I’ve tried installing it using the Synaptic, “apt-get” and the Add/Remove software methods. Mountmanager version 0-2-60ubuntu2 appears to be completely broken.

Just installed it and after entering password nothing happens, when I try to open it from terminal also segmentation fault. It should be removed from the repo if its broken.

From what I’ve been able to gather, if you don’t have ntfs(ntfs-3g) then you shouldn’t have a problem with segmentation faults.
It is broken, regardless.
