Mounty – Simple disk image mounting tool

Mounting disc image files (.iso, .img, .dmg, etc) in Ubuntu isn’t hard. There are a number of applications available designed to carry out the task.But Mounty, a system tray applet, is probably the easiest of them.

Install mounty in ubuntu

Open the terminal and run the following commands

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:kokoto-java/omgubuntu-stuff
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install mounty
