		<description>actually, no they DO NOT keep promising it. In fact they&#039;ve repeatedly said how they have NO interest in providing video/voice chat.
A more exciting project is the empathy/telepathy/libjingle project, whereby IM, video and voice will be integrated into the gnome environment.  This will also be available as a separate program of course, but sadly just for linux.</description>
