This is a great application. I use it every day.
I just started using this. So much better than using Pandora with flash.
Does anyone know if it supports proxy connections? I live in Korea and can’t use Pandora due to stupid international copyright issues.
It has a “Proxy URL” setting, but I’m not sure what kind of proxies it supports.
thanks so much this helped out alot
Thank you for this post; very helpful!
This is awesome!
When Pithos got installed with the software center Ubuntu 11.10 it did not work. So I did the install as shown above using the terminal it works great
@Thomas: Yeah, the version of Pithos included in Ubuntu 11.10 is out of date. Only the newest version currently works since it contains changes from the Pandora API that broke older versions.
Glad you found the PPA here.
Thanks, I couldn’t get Pithos to work when downloading through Software Centre, this worked a charm!
Thank you so much for this. Couldn’t get pandora to work on firefox, only chrome, but this solved the problem. So easy to install and use.
