Plymouth Manager is a software written in Gambas by an italian Ubuntu user, called Mefrio, that can help you in the configuration of your Plymouth.

Install playmouth manager in ubuntu

Download deb package from here you can install deb package by double clicking on it

After completing installation you can open from Applications -> System Tools -> Plymouth Manager

    use sudo dpkg -i filename.deb
    Its a better command for installing deb files
