tx UG .. another good read.

bit early to go the upgrade route quite yet though, at least from ext3 to 4, looking at the forums.

regular install works a charm tho’, other than a harmless hang at the very end.

tell me .. are you the same UG as on ubuntuforums?

Yes (but AFAIK, YMMV)!

I have always installed Ubuntu BETAs since 7.10, they all were rather stable and I never failed to get the upgrade/install to the final releases, in several computers (Pentium II, PIII, PIV, dual and quad-cores and an EEEPC). Once the final version was available, all my systems upgraded without an itch.

If I install the Beta of Karmic Koala, will it upgrade to the non-beta version when it is available ?
