Ubuntu One Indicator – Ubuntu One plugin for Application Indicators

The goals are to provide the user with an overview of Ubuntu One state and give useful info about file upload and download status. Additional feature such as the list of recently published files is already implemented. Support for display of CouchDB is also planned.

Features

Shows when syncdaemon is offline, idle, synchronizing or having some error condition. This is reflected by the icons in the indicator. Shows current state name, metadata queue length and content queue lenght. Attempts to calculate ETA for metadata queue. Shows current quota usage. Has a disconnect/connect menu entry that asks syncdaemon to perform these actions. Upon receiving the notification about a published file it will add the entry to ‘Recently Published Files' menu. Clicking on the menu entry will copy the public URL to the clipboard (this is virtually non-discoverable unless you read this line).

Okay, now it’s fine. Seems not to work, when UbuntuOne is already syncing.

    If:

The information could not be retrieved. Maybe your internet connection is down?

shows up, try Disconnect – Connect in UbutuOne Control Panel (Envelope-Icon -> Ubuntu One).

Now everything is fine! Thanks a lot!
