We have just uploaded qBittorrent v2.8.2 to fix a few minor issues.

qBittorrent v2.8.1 to v2.8.2 changelog:

BUGFIX: Fix tracker exchange advanced setting
BUGFIX: Fix Proxy authentication settings
BUGFIX: Fix possible status filters widget height problem
FEATURE: Show tracker tier (order) in tracker list

Open the terminal and run the following commands

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:hydr0g3n/ppa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install qbittorrent

    I have not tried to install the application torrent in ubuntu, is there a difference with the other os like windows for example? I mean in terms of speed
