How to remove autohide option in unity on ubuntu 11.10

By defauly unity does autohide and sometimes this is ver annoying you can disable using the following procedure

First you need to install CompizConfig Settings Manager package using the following command from your terminal

sudo apt-get install compizconfig-settings-manager

Once installed, open the settings manager and scroll down until you see the ‘Ubuntu Unity Plugin' which is located in the Desktop category.

Now you need to set hide launcher option Set to ‘Never'.

The new settings will have automatically applied and the launcher will now be locked in place

What I need is an “always” option to remove the unity bar all together. Any idea how to accomplish that?

I have the classicmenu indicator on my top panel and cairo dock for launching. Unity bar is constantly in the way, even with autohide/dodge enabled. I use synergy to control my windows laptop and everytime I move my mouse to that machine unity appears and will not hide again unless I hover over it for a second.
