This program is an audio-player, written with help of Qt library. The user interface is similar to winamp or xmms. Alternative user interfaces also are available.

Install qmmp in ubuntu

Open th terminal and run the following commands

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:stiff.ru/qmmp-releases
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install qmmp
