   I’d tried to download Adobe flash, here and via Adobe Labs. Nothing works in 10.04 :-/
   But if you install Flash-Aid in Firefox, you’re flash will work.

   Thanks for this info. However the package was renamed “flashplugin64-installer” (I couldn’t find “flashplugin64-nonfree” in the depot, but it was maybe only for me).

   So, should we uninstall the default flash plugin that comes with ubuntu first? flash player plugin 10.1.85.2ubuntu1? Or can they coexist?

   i install kubuntu 10.10 64bit. i install flashplayer 64bit using ppa, after installing, the webssite still lookong for missing plug in. pls help.

   I have Kubuntu 10.10 and I think you missed the right one, there is two but first you must conform that you want the third-part’s program, if you don’t the right one don’t show. You should have the nonfree version, it works.

    Your install command doesn’t work because there’s no package called flashplugin64-nonfree, the command should be:

    sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree

    Dude, in the final step, I got this error ..
    “E: Unable to locate package flashplugin64-nonfree”

    However, after changing to
    “sudo apt-get install flashplugin64-installer”

    it worked like a charm …
