Install Avant Window Navigator (Awn) in ubuntu 13.10

This is still in testing so use with your own risk

Open the terminal and run the following commands

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:awn-testing/ppa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install avant-window-navigator
