How about explaining, and writing some how-to tutorials on how to use all these softwares!? I see you post information on how to install much software, but not how to use them…
Hi Daniel,
I am mainly focusing to explain what softwares are available for ubuntu users and i am giving application documentation to check how to use that application and some times i am explaining how to use perticular application also.
I hope i will try to do my best to give ubuntu community as much as possible.

Hello Daniel,
The Admin is right; the purpose of this website is primarily software installation issues, tips & tutorials, for this website to be able to post relevant and credible tutorials about the softwares themselves, you would typically require a community if not a collection of domain experts who are well versed in the softwares and the domains they serve. Tall order if you ask me.
In any case; this website is on my list of “visit everyday ubuntu sites” and I love the theme (colors and layout) – very pleasing.
Thanks
Danial
If it is of any help go checkout the free online book available “A Guide to Inkscape”,http://tavmjong.free.fr/INKSCAPE/MANUAL/html/index.php
It’s good to have those opensource apps like inkscape and gimp eventhough I still prefer Illustrator (and Photoshop) but as time goes by they might get better. 🙂
appreciate the info guys, thanks
