icoGEN will generate for you  whole new iconsets based on SVG files. You can change colors of icon, see preview of the result, and finally apply generated theme.
How to install icongen in ubuntu

First you need to download icongen from here

Unpack archive

unzip icoGEN.zip

Run IcoGEN

java -jar icoGEN.jar

or

sh run.sh

    It would be useful if you mentioned that a person has to open a terminal session and cd to the folder. To often instructions assume the user is a mind reader.

    However, neither “java -jar icoGEN.jar” or “sh run.sh” (which should be “start.sh”) works.
    A bunch of java lines appear and if finally hangs after…
    at java.awt.EventDispatchThread.run(EventDispatchThread.java:138)

    i have biog problemes to get update sistem after tryng to uninstal icoGEN, so this soft sucksss, 2 days and i still doesn’t found how to unistal clear this sheet icoGEN. and… my problemes go on with having normal update of ubuntu sistem. sheet , i have amateurssssz
